Hosting und Server-Logdaten

Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeiten unsere Hosting-Dienstleister technisch notwendige Daten, insbesondere die IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die abgerufene Adresse, den Browsertyp und die Antwort des Servers. Eingesetzt werden:

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren und schnellen Bereitstellung der Website). Die Anbieter können Daten in die USA übermitteln; sie stützen sich dafür nach eigenen Angaben auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework und/oder Standardvertragsklauseln. Die Speicherdauer richtet sich nach den Angaben der jeweiligen Anbieter. Ich selbst erhebe keine Logdaten.

Wenn Sie mir an [email protected] schreiben, verarbeite ich Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und den Inhalt der Nachricht, um Ihnen zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f bzw. lit. b DSGVO). Die E-Mails werden über Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation B.V., Niederlande; Rechenzentren in der EU) verarbeitet. Ich lösche Nachrichten, sobald der Zweck entfallen ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

Hosting and server logs

When you open the page, the hosting providers process technically necessary data, mainly your IP address, date and time, the requested address, browser type and the server response. The providers are:

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in delivering the site securely and quickly). The providers may transfer data to the USA and state that they rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. Retention follows each provider's own terms. I do not collect any log data myself.

If you write to [email protected], I process your email address and the content of your message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR). Email is handled by Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation B.V., Netherlands; data centres in the EU). I delete messages once they are no longer needed and no legal retention duty applies.
